This church was completed in 1976. It was constructed of bricks and cement. An engineer by the name of Devasahayam from the town of Melpuram was utilized to oversee the construction. The church was built in the town of Parakonam, a sub-parish of Melpuram. Construction began while Father was pastor at Melpuram. It took approximately ten months to complete and nearly $18,000.00 in U.S. dollars. This church presently serves approximately 600 people
